The service was horrible. Our order took quite a long time and to make matters worse, not all our plates and sides were brought out the same time. To get our checks, it took approximately 30 minutes. As for my food. A Lomito cooked 3/4 was not good at all. Some of the steak was rare'ish and extremely rubbery and cutting it with my knife proved to be a challenge. Nice place but food and service was not good at all.
I would like to give most of the credit to the staff. Particularly Daniela (super smile) and Rodrigo (super helpful) They made my stay better. |The views of the city are spectacular from the rooms. |Feels (is) new and clean all the time.
highly recommended....great staff. newer hotel in the capital city, feels like it is in a slightly more residential, but much nicer area of the city. Experienced excellent service at this hotel. The room was very clean and we ate at the Restaurante Giratorio and the food was delicious. The front desk offered breakfast service for the next day and it was exceptional, it got delivered to our room at the time requested. The food was very good too! I will stay here again

We visited Guatemala City the week of 4th of July and that place was very nice, ||the view was amazing. ||we ate at the Restaurante Giratorio and the view was amazing, the food was ok but the view, it was somehting else, customer service was great too. we loved it
Excellent place the view is gorgeous and the food is exquisite. If you are looking for a romantic place to spend the night with your special person this is the one.
A different experice with good food. The view is beautiful. I measure the speed and it takes around 1 hour for a whole turn.
